Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all users, visitors, and other parties accessing the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age; the Company prohibits users under 18 from using the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which you must read before using.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases

If you make a purchase through the Service, you may be required to provide payment information (e.g., credit card details). By submitting this information, you authorize us to share it with third-party processors to complete transactions.

Subscriptions

Some Service features are available on a recurring subscription basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly), billed in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your account settings or the applicable app store.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for subscriptions. If you provide billing information, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.

By Us:

• No liability for service interruptions or account closures

By You:

• May stop using the Service at any time
• Subscription cancellations must follow Section 2

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is":

• No warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement
• Does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation

Liability Cap:

• Our maximum liability is the greater of (a) $100 or (b) amounts paid by you in the past 12 months
• Excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify HUMSHAN LIMITED against all claims arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your use/misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Hong Kong SAR law, excluding conflict provisions
• Mandatory Arbitration: All disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong
• Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as class actions

8. Third-Party Services

• Links to external sites are provided for convenience only
• We disclaim all responsibility for third-party content/practices
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. For material changes, we will provide prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
